In exercise of powers conferred under section 5(1) of Right to Information Act 2005 (Central Act 22 of 2005), the Asstt. Engineer, Cantonment Board, Bareilly is designated as Central Public Information Officer so far as the Office of Cantonment Board, Bareilly is concerned.

Under subsection 19(1) of the Right to Information Act 2005, the Cantonment Executive Officer, Cantonment Board, Bareilly is designated as Appellate Authority, to exercise the powers as provided under the Act.

It is here by intimated to the General Public the Information as required under Section 4-1(b) of Right to Information Act 2005 in respect of Cantonment Board Bareilly has been compiled and published.

The information consists of details of Organization of Cantt Board Bareilly its functions and duties, procedures followed in diction making and all other relevant information as required to be published under Section 4-1(b) of Right to Information Act 2005.

The said information will be available in the office of the Cantt Board Bareilly for public seeing during working hours on all working days. Copies of the said information can be obtained from the office of the Cantt Board free of cost or otherwise as the case may be.
